Are we measuring our progress in the things that actually reflect our mission? Dave says we need a scoreboard. He explains why keeping track of the right information will help churches achieve their overall goal of spreading the gospel and making disciples.
Dave discusses the one characteristic that matters for leaders. Then he offers us a framework that includes four areas that impact our ability to be healthy disciple-makers. When these areas are healthy, we can flourish as leaders.
If our goal is to minister effectively, we must learn to measure how well our methods are working. Dave explains that when we measure what’s actually important in church, our mission of multiplication can move beyond our walls into our communities and out to the world.
To effect real change, we must look outward to the community we serve, take the pulse of its needs, and harness the collective power of the churches that serve nearby. Dave argues the more we collaborate, the more effective our efforts will be to transform our cities.

This course is five sessions long. Feel free to cover the sessions in increments that make the most sense for you and your leadership team. For some, it might work best to go through one session a week, for others, it might be better to cover one session a month. We do not recommend doubling up on sessions.
